Dear Showcase Homes:

Mike and I would like to take this opportunity to tell you how very pleased we are with our home.

We have been in our Fuqua Lodge home now for eight months. We have gone through the winter months of January and February and are now in the hottest part of the summer. We are very pleased with how well the house stays warm in the winter and cool in this warm summer; the insulation is above our expectations.

Friends, neighbors and family are surprised when we tell them the home is a manufactured home. The detailing to construction and finishing work makes Fuqua above the “mark.” We tell them “this is not your typical manufactured home.”

We also want to take this opportunity to thank Wayne Schmidt, Pat Winters and their crew, who spent many hours with us, setting up our home and making sure all the extra details and custom items we ordered were completed as we had planned. And a special thanks to Mark McCullough, who helped us with customizing our floor plan and Jeff Johnson who helped us with a smooth transition with our financing.

Our dream for a retirement home, has always been a log house on our five acres on Harstien Island. Showcase Homes, and Fuqua, made that dream come true.

I just want to express my gratitude for the excellent job you did in dealing with me long distance to establish my home in Washington. I always felt I was in good hands and had complete confidence in you all.

Vesella always kept me updated of the progress. She is very trustworthy and takes pride in making the customer happy. Vesella did my worrying for me! Larry was always very informative and made me fell he understood my concerns. I always got clear answers from him. The staff that answers your phone are always customer friendly. The walk-through guys were very thorough and very accommodating. They were more than willing to take care of my smallest concerns, even add one spot of paint if I asked for it.

I have purchased other manufactured homes and I never received the satisfaction I have received from Showcase Homes. Thanks to you all I am a happy Washington resident now.
